Reservations
We are proud of our highly trained Spa Therapists. To ensure you get an appointment when you want, with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Plant Essentials. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Credit card details  or a deposit are required to secure bookings for treatments/services longer than one hour. Cancellation fees apply where sufficient notice is not given.

Comfort
This is your time, so please give your therapist feedback as to your comfort, be it the amount of massage pressure & any special troubled areas, the room temperature or any other concern. All our therapists have been trained to drape discreetly to ensure your privacy.  Please turn off your phone before arrival to preserve a peaceful experience for all.

Punctuality
We have our scheduling procedures down to a science to permit the proper amount of time of complete each service. Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment, so that you have time to relax & read your client consultation form. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Payment for Services
We accept cash, eftpos & all major credit cards (including amex & diners) Prices apply from 23rd July 2008 and are subject to change. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients & we sincerely appreciate your kindness.
