Comfort This is your time, so please give your therapist feedback as to your comfort, be it the amount of massage pressure & any special troubled areas, the room temperature or any other concern. All our therapists have been trained to drape discreetly to ensure your privacy. To preserve a peaceful experience for all, please turn off your phone prior to ariving and during your stay please keep all unnecessary noise to a minimum before arrival to preserve a peaceful experience for all.
Special health considerations If you are under the supervision of a doctor or are using any medications, please obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling or receiving any services. It is your responsibility to inform persons performing services/treatments of any medical conditions, sensitivities, allergies or physical limitations you have prior to the commencements of your treatment service.
Punctuality We have our scheduling procedures down to a science to permit the proper amount of time to complete each service. Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment, so that you have time to relax & read your client consultation form. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced. The full service fee will be charged regardless of the treatment time actually received. Changes to your treatment will result in loss of treatment time unless a resonable amount of notice is not given. The original full fee may be charged of notice is not given.
Payment for Services We accept cash, eftpos & all major credit cards (including amex & diners - 3% fee). Prices apply from 1st July 2010 and are subject to change without notice.
Sunday's & Public Holidays Where a spa operates Sundays or public holidays, please be aware that a 15% surcharge is applicable. Special offers and gift vouchers are not redeemable on these days.
Reservations We are proud of our highly trained Spa Therapists. To ensure you get an appointment when you want, with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Plant Essentials. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings for treatments/services one hour or longer. A 50% cancellation fee applies where 48 hours notice is not given for single guest bookings, 7 days notice for group bookings. 100% of the fee will be charged for “no shows”. Fees also apply to gift vouchers.
